Mit første møde med Thoravej 29 gjorde stort indtryk – stedets historie og mission er levende og inspirerende. Den dag manglede der siddepladser, og her opstod idéen til Join: en enkel, let taburet, der forvandler sig til både siddeplads og lille bord med plads til blyant, telefon og kaffe. Når Join er samlet, fremstår den let og præcis, kan bæres med én hånd og skaber nye rum, hvor man kan slå sig ned og lade idéer vokse. Transformationen er tydelig – fra ét til to møbler. // My first encounter with Thoravej 29 made a big impression. The history of the place is alive, and its mission is inspiring. On the day I visited, there was not enough seating, which led to the idea for Join: a simple, lightweight stool that transforms into both a seat and a small table with room for a pencil, a phone and a cup of coffee. Assembled, Join has a light, precise appearance, can be carried in one hand and creates new places to sit down and allow ideas to take shape. The transformation is clear – from one piece of furniture to two.
